Standard Delivery Windows

We use 3 different specialist floral courier companies to deliver flowers throughout the Greater Auckland and Franklin region.  Delivery windows operate on a relatively predictable schedule as below:

• You receive your photo between 9-11am.
  It was dispatched in the first courier pickup (10:30am Monday thru Friday)
  Will be delivered by 3pm, within the hours of 11.30am - 3pm 
  
  
• You receive your photo between 12.30-2pm
  It was dispatched in the second courier pickup (2pm Monday thru Friday)
  Will be delivered by 5pm to businesses and by 7pm to residential addresses, within the hours of 3.30pm-7pm. 

Exceptions to the rule:

• It is an outer area of Auckland (ie. a delivery charge applied) or the suburb says 'Late PM only' 
• When you have given us specific requirements otherwise
• When we have advised you otherwise
• When you order after 9am and the florists aren't able to get everything made for the first run

More fine-grained approximation of when it will get there can be obtained once the driver has it on board and they know what their run and traffic is like.
