We attempt to make the finished product as close as possible to both your specifications and the pictured style. We guarantee our service by sending you a digital photo of your gift. However, despite all our trying we don't control the seasons or the weather! So please note that the finished product may differ slightly due to the availability of flowers, and colour levels in the store at the time.
If you choose a "vox" with your gift, these come in a variety of colours so the florist will choose the what she feels is the best match to your gift. Similarly with containers, if suppliers are out of stock of a pictured container, vase or basket, we will use a product with a similar look.
Our focus is the always the overall look of the gift - if a bouquet features pink gerberas and orange wrap is ordered, and we do not have pink gerberas, we deem an acceptable substitute to be orange gerberas with pink wrap, in the same style.
Our flowers prices are reviewed weekly based on the prices we buy for at the flower market. While we try to deliver a consistent size and standard year round, the economic reality is that flowers cost us more at busy times like Valentines and Mothers Day. This means as much as we try to avoid it, at these times, sometimes general bunch size decreases. Please be assured our bouquets and arrangements are always priced and sent out to the maximum value possible in the circumstances.
All bouquets on the website feature open flowers, whereas we send them out tight/closed. This means the Recipient will receive the freshest flowers, enjoy watching them open and get the longest vase life from them rather than us. In some instances, this makes the E-Guarantee picture we send on the day it is delivered, slight different to the website. We think this is a good thing, rather than a bad thing!
All of our website products in Auckland, unless specified, are delivered as you see them on the website, as we use a very careful courier company who was created specifically for transporting our flowers and plants. We find that the presentation cellophane and ribbons often cause damage to the plant when wrapping them (their tendrils don’t often want to conform) and are more often than not thrown away immediately, meaning more waste for the environment. We trust that it will get there in perfect condition, but if this does not happen, please let us know asap after delivery.
