I'd like to thank you and the team again for the brilliant service you provide. I've used you for a few years now and wouldn't dream of switching to anyone else because of the huge effort you go to and brilliant service you provide.

I was a bit worried I'd missed the cut-off for weekend delivery (Mother's Day in England is different to NZ - it was a month ago) but you guys arranged it at short notice and presented mum with the gorgeous bouquet and chocolates etc on Saturday. She was thrilled with them and says the flowers smell divine. Funnily enough, she'd been craving chocolate that day and had resisted the temptation of going down to the shop to get herself some. So it arrived at the perfect time and was a big hit.

Thank you for helping me send mum something special for Mother's Day from afar. I've been away for ten years so it's hugely important I mark the day properly so she still knows I love her!
