You are a wonderful service. Yesterday when booking I thought you had a great range and awesome looking flowers. "Sending flowers and accompaniments from the United States to my life partner in Auckland on her birthday today was becoming a challenge. We couldn’t be together on this occasion but I wanted something special to surprise her. Other sites I visited were links in multinational chains, or (thankfully I found out soon enough) filled with computer glitches. Not only was Roses Are Red the cheapest for what I wanted by about $20, they also offered free delivery to the Auckland CBD, same day (ordered at 11:45am). Such an easy process of confirming the order online and being sent the picture of what was supplied. I have done plenty of online flower orders and this was easily the best method. I was a bit worried I'd missed the cut-off for weekend delivery (Mother's Day in England is different to NZ - it was a month ago) but you guys arranged it at short notice and presented mum with the gorgeous bouquet and chocolates etc on Saturday. She was thrilled with them and says the flowers smell divine. Funnily enough, she'd been craving chocolate that day and had resisted the temptation of going down to the shop to get herself some. So it arrived at the perfect time and was a big hit.

Thank you for helping me send mum something special for Mother's Day from afar. I've been away for ten years so it's hugely important I mark the day properly so she still knows I love her!
