Deliveries will be made on Valentines Day for all orders placed before 1pm on the day. After this time we cannot guarantee delivery, but will do our very best. Wherever possible, please include a contact phone number for the recipient. We will email you if there are any problems. Should we have to re-deliver to an alternative address, there will be an additional courier re-direction fee charged to your credit card.
ALL OTHER NEW ZEALAND DESTINATIONS
Wherever possible, we will deliver on Valentines Day, but in areas where Saturday delivery is unavailable, deliveries will be made on Friday 13th. Orders for out of Auckland need to be placed by 2.30pm on Friday 13th. After this time, we will forward your order to a florist in the area wherever available. They will fill your order as close as possible to your ordered product. No photo will be provided and standard Roses are Red guarantees will not apply. If there is no service in the area, we will email you to seek further instructions.
